Pandorina Return & Exchange Policy

At Pandorina, we’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase. While refunds are not permitted, we provide the option to exchange your item or receive a credit voucher with your items’ purchase value. Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Exchange:

-          To process an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase (date on your purchase receipt).
