Cash on delivery is available nationwide — you pay the courier
when the order reaches you.
Returns & Exchange
If a piece is not right, you have 14 days from the day you receive it to exchange it or return it.
- The piece must be unworn and in its original box.
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we arrange the pickup.
- Exchanges are free. Refunds are issued once the piece reaches us and passes inspection.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive faulty.
If something arrives damaged
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it at our cost.
